Videos are an increasingly important aspect of marketing and communication. The marketing team offers some video recording and editing services, but can also help you find the best partner for more complex video projects.

Video requests

If you are in charge of an event and would like it to be documented or if you have any other video needs, contact Julie Farison at or submit a work request that includes the following information:

  • Type of request
  • Location
  • Date & time
  • Intended use for the video (web, social media, archive, etc.)

Submitting video

If you have video relating to the university, contact Julie Farison at to determine the best method for submitting it to the marketing team. When providing video, be sure to include information about the video, such as:

  • A description of the video’s content
  • Intended use (Indiana Tech website, social media, archive)
  • When and where the video was filmed
  • Names of anyone featured in the video
